LINQ 2019 is organized by the Open Education research group of the Open University of the Netherlands in close collaboration with the Trends Conference of the Welten Institute, the Niekée school in Roermond, the Internation Community for Open Research and Education (ICORE) and the Learn STEM consortium.

Conference Chair of LINQ 2019 is Dr. Christian M. Stracke from the Open University of the Netherlands who is strongly supported by the international LINQ 2019 Programme Committee.

LINQ 2019 is taking place in the Niekée school in Roermond thanks to the kind cooperation with its headmaster and the whole school team.

LINQ 2019 is joining forces with the annual Trends Conference of the Welten Institute also supporting the Dutch programme in the afternoon.
